Remember, there are three types of goals,

which are set by two types of goal setters:

1.  Goals that are too low:
These goals are set by the weak so that they will not look bad by not achieving their goals.

2.  Goals that are too high:
These goals are set by the weak so that when they fail to achieve their goals,
they can at least rest on how tough a standard they set for themselves.

3.  Goals that are appropriate:
These goals are set by champions
These goals are challenging and attainable with an incredible amount of work. 
These are the only goals that mean anything.
