Allegheny North Summer Club Info
Indoor Track will start on Tuesday, December 2,
2008. We will practice Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays after school from 3:00 to
5:00 at the Baierl Center.
Bring inside and outside clothes!
You are required to receive only one physical per year.
If you still need a physical, link to the forms you need your doctor to fill out
here.
If you completed a physical earlier this school year (because you participated
in another NA sport), submit forms 5 and 8 (no doctor required) to the athletic
office.
If you have not yet competed a physical form this school year, submit forms 1-4 and 8 to the athletic office. Form 4 will require a doctor's signature.
If you have no physical, do not come to practice!
All indoor track and field athletes are required to fill out the track and field questionnaire below.
