In a dual meet the track events follow this order:
4 x 800m Relay
100/110 M High Hurdles
100m Dash
1600m Dash
400m Dash
4 x 100m Relay
300 m Hurdles
800m Dash
200m Dash
3200m Run
4 x 400m Relay

The field events can go in any order. 

In an invitational, the events generally follow this format as well, with some exceptions that vary from meet to meet.
