System Support

 

The school counselor consults with teachers and administrators to plan activities and programs for individual growth.

 

• Testing and Assessment             
        * Coordinate and Assist with School-Wide Ability and Achievement Testing (CogAT, IOWA, PSSA).

                * Administer individual screening tests to identify levels of achievement and ability.

•

 

Elementary Student Assistance Program

•        * ESAP is a collaborative effort between school personnel and the parents to help meet student needs. This process is in place to gather data, to develop strategies, and to generally aid regular education teachers to better service their students.

                * ESAP Team Members: Parents, Principal, Assistant Principal, Reading Specialist, Nurse, School Psychologist, Classroom Teacher, Instructional Support Teacher, and the School Counselor.
