Why create a FULL Value Contract?

It allows a safe, productive and worthwhile learning experience for all students. Provides a sense of safety for all. Allows others to open themselves up to taking a risk with out the fear of failure or ridicule.

Full Value Contract

•  I will be respectful to my classmates and instructor at all times
•  I will always give feedback in a constructive and respectful manner
•   Be open to outcomes. Try not to prejudge what is happening. Recognize your preconceived notions about what you will learn or experience.
•  I will always try to do my best and never say I CAN’T
•  Speak the truth. Share your thoughts openly with honesty and integrity. I agree not to put anyone down if I have nothing positive to say, I will keep my comments to myself.
•  Come to class with a positive attitude

Trust Agreement:

Trust is the key to personal involvement in everything we do. Without at least a basic level of trust within a group, very little can be accomplished. Trust is built over time with patience, thoughtfulness, and caring. Trust is lost or forfeited in a heart beat by carelessness, and/or inconsiderate behavior. Therefore students will be asked to agree to the following:

·        I agree to try new things but do not have to DO everything

·        I use safe practices and procedures

·        If I try and fail it is OK and I’ll be supportive of my peers for their effort

·        I do not laugh at or make others feel foolish and I expect the same.
